Introduction

My name is Hannah Shepherd, this is my second semester at York Technical College. I plan to become a dental hygienist, so I am taking at least two years at York Tech and I haven't decided if i will finish here or transfer to another college. I love animals, traveling and doing adventurous things.

    You have made a great choice by attending York Tech. Since working here, I have heard some great success stories from graduates of the college (some are former students, parents of students I have taught, and even my colleagues here at the college). But, even if you decide to go on somewhere else, I believe you will gain a solid foundation here. I am looking forward to reading your blog posts this semester.

Ethics

 A ethical dilemma I have experience in life was in high school with my cousin. I'm not the kind of person that likes conflict or wants to cause a conflict between people. Coming from a small school what happens over the weekend catches up with a person quicker than someone would like. One weekend there was a party my cousin wasn't in town to attend, but her boyfriend was in town and was going to attend the party along with many others. The morning after the party everyone was talking about last night, it was very obvious of what had happened last night with my cousin's boyfriend and another girl.
